Senior Residential Care Worker - Children's Residential Tuxford, Newark | Up to £37,190 per annum

Experienced in children's residential care and ready for your next opportunity? Hargate Healthcare is recruiting an experienced Senior Residential Care Worker to join a growing children's residential provider in Tuxford, Nottinghamshire. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive organisation dedicated to providing safe, nurturing homes for children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD).

Salary & Working Pattern

• Salary: Up to £37,190 per annum


• Shifts: Typically 7 am/8 am until 11 pm, followed by a sleep-in


• Sleep-ins: Minimum 8 per month


• Rota: To be confirmed


• Contract: Full-time, permanent


• Annual leave: 224 hours

What We're Looking For

• Level 3 Diploma in Children's Residential Care


• Minimum 2 years' experience in a children's residential home


• Full UK driving licence


• Experience supporting young people with EBD and challenging behaviour


• Strong safeguarding knowledge


• Confidence leading shifts and supporting colleagues


• Good communication and record-keeping skills


• Be aged 21 or over
