Senior Research Manager

As Senior Research Manager, you will: ? Provide strategic and operational leadership for all research activity across EPUT? Oversee our Research Delivery Team and manage research governance systems? Build and sustain a strong pipeline of NIHR and commercial studies? Strengthen collaborations with universities, industry partners and NIHR networks? Lead the design and submission of high-value funding bids? Act as budget holder for all research income streams? Ensure rapid, safe and effective study setup, delivery and close-out? Champion a research-active culture across clinical teams and services You'll bring highly specialised research expertise, exceptional communication and influencing skills, and a passion for enabling clinicians and patients to engage with high-quality research.

We're seeking a dynamic strategic leader with:

• Deep understanding of clinical research governance, NIHR frameworks and commercial research processes
• Proven experience driving performance and quality in research delivery
• Strong financial acumen and the confidence to lead income-generation
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to influence senior clinicians, academics and industry partners
