Senior Research Fellow
Department of Education, 15 Norham Gardens, Oxford

Fixed term contract
The Department of Education is looking to recruit a Senior Research Fellow in the field of AI and Education. The post holder will be responsible for leading a programme of research to support improvements to the use of AI in education; raising funds and managing their own specialist grant funded projects, developing and leading a hub and/or other entities in the department. They will provide academic supervision for research students, contribute to lectures and class teaching.
The successful candidate will:
- hold a PhD/DPhil with significant post-qualification experience or have proven industry experience within the field of AI,
- possess sufficient specialist knowledge in the discipline to develop research projects and methodologies
- An established reputation and publication record in the field of AI
- Have experience of both building and maintaining networks with industry leaders
