The RoleLead full lifecycle recruitment across AI, Data, and Software marketsPartner with startups, scale-ups, and high-growth tech businesses as a trusted advisorBuild and maintain strong, long-term client relationshipsSource and engage high-calibre candidates using advanced tools and your networkDrive business development, expanding the client base and opening new opportunitiesContribute to the growth and direction of a new and evolving division
About YouProven experience in tech recruitment (AI, Data, Software, or similar markets)Strong business development track recordSelf-motivated, proactive, and commercially drivenPassion for technology, AI, and innovationExperience working with startups or scale-ups is advantageous
