Full Job Description

We are recruiting a Senior Recovery Navigator to join our Access Community Mental Health Team in BaNES (with the office in Bath) to manage Recovery Navigators to enable them to work collaboratively with the client, GP, and other health and care professionals to ensure people with moderate-serious mental health needs are supported to connect to their community, to build resilience and to improve their wellbeing. To hold a caseload of clients, helping them set and achieve personal recovery goals and connect to meaningful support within their community. As part of the Mental Health and Wellbeing Partnership in Bath and Northeast Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire (BSW), Second Step delivers community mental health support in collaboration with Alabar, Missing Link and Nilaari. Together, were transforming mental health services by focusing on trauma-informed, person-centered, and culturally inclusive approaches., We are committed to working with a recovery-based approach and supporting people to meet their individual needs.
