- Deliver a warm, polished, and personalised welcome to every guest from the moment they arrive
- Lead the reception team, ensuring the highest standards of service and professionalism are maintained
- Manage reservations, seating plans, and guest requests efficiently using our booking systems
- Handle VIP guests, special occasions, and guest feedback with confidence and discretion
- Work closely with the management, front-of-house, and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service
- Maintain an organised reception area while ensuring smooth daily operations
Previous experience in a reception, host, or front-of-house supervisory role within a premium hospitality environment - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational abilities with excellent attention to detail
- A calm, confident, and professional approach in a fast-paced environment
- A natural leader with a positive attitude, guest-first mindset, and passion for delivering outstanding hospitality
