As a Senior Receptionist at Roe, you will take charge of reservations, guest coordination, and front-of-house operations while mentoring junior team members. Your warm and professional demeanour will set the tone for an exceptional dining experience, ensuring efficiency and excellence in service.,

• Oversee and manage the reception team, ensuring smooth guest arrivals and departures.
• Handle reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow to optimize the dining experience.
• Train and mentor junior receptionists, maintaining high standards of service.
• Manage phone and email inquiries, assisting with bookings and special requests.
• Work closely with front-of-house and management teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area.
  
  Previous experience as a Senior Receptionist or in a similar leadership role within hospitality.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• A team player with leadership qualities and a proactive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in utilizing the Seven Rooms booking system.
