You'll be responsible for:Providing commercial support to the NEC PM/Commercial Lead regarding the administration of potentially 30 to 50 Water Storage Point projects by the end of March 2027. Ensuring that all procurement (1st and 2nd tier) and contract administration activities are completed in a timely manner as not to disrupt the delivery of the programmed works.You'll need to have:Degree or Master's in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or similar. Professional membership: RICS, CICES, CIArb or equivalent (preferred)NEC4 accredited or trained (highly desirable)Strong NEC4 PSC commercial management experience. Strong background in infrastructure, water sector or major programmes. Knowledge of cost management, CE assessment, defined cost and fee mechanisms. Experience within consultancy environments.Detail-oriented with strong contractual and analytical skills.
