Job Description Join Our Team as a Senior Quantity Surveyor! Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We're excited to invite a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic Construction team in the heart of Central London.Job Details Location: Central London Contract: Full Time, Permanent - Flexible and part-time hours available upon request. Note: We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship for this role.Your Impact As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in our Commercial team, initially focusing on a prestigious large-scale project in London. Your expertise will help us exceed business targets and deliver exceptional results.Key Responsibilities Your day-to-day activities will include: Providing commercial insights, including financial and contractual performance forecasts to the management team. Preparing monthly cost/value reports and analyzing trends with the contract team. Producing commercial reports and reviewing results collaboratively.

Conducting physical measurements of works and agreeing on them with clients and subcontractors. Managing certification and payment of subcontractor accounts, ensuring alignment with forecasts. What We're Looking For This role is perfect for you if you have: A Full UK Drivers Licence. A degree or equivalent experience in a related field. Proven experience in a similar role.
