Caddick Group in Durham is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead and manage commercial delivery across Industrial, Logistics, Commercial and Residential projects in the North East. You will report to the Regional Commercial Manager and work on a variety of site and office-based tasks.The role requires proven experience with JCT/NEC contracts, robust budgeting, cost control, and effective client and supply chain negotiations.
