- Lead the commercial management of projects and portfolios, including cost control, forecasting, change management, risk, value, and reporting.
- Provide technical and contractual advice across NEC and other standard forms of contract, supporting robust administration and dispute avoidance.
- Direct project teams to deliver successful commercial outcomes, ensuring clear accountability, collaboration, and best practice.
- Support account management and business development by strengthening client relationships, increasing client spend, and identifying higher-value opportunities.
- Provide specialist advice to stakeholders, applying and developing legal, technical, procurement, and commercial knowledge.
- Mentor junior colleagues, support career development, and contribute to training, technical initiatives, and knowledge sharing.
- Build and manage sector-focused teams that deliver quality, consistency, and continuous improvement.
Proven experience delivering commercial services for UK public sector, infrastructure, or regulated clients. - Chartered with RICS or another recognised professional body, or working towards chartership with strong relevant experience.
- Extensive NEC contract experience, including change management, payment, risk, forecasting, and final account processes.
- Strong technical knowledge of cost management, procurement, contract administration, reporting, and commercial governance.
- Experience supporting business development, account management, and client relationship growth.
- Ability to provide trusted commercial and contractual advice to project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Experience mentoring junior colleagues and supporting technical development across the team.
