Full Job Description
This is a great opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a long-term freelance contract on a newly secured project.
Your contract will start immediately, and you will initially carry out procurement and assisting in getting the project set up for a start on site in October.
For this Senior Quantity Surveyor position you will be based in Maidstone, Kent. Then you will split your time between the office, working remotely and the site.
The project is a £15m new build health club/leisure centre so it will be advantageous if you have worked on leisure projects or hotels in the past as they hold similarities.
You will have progressed to being a Senior Quantity Surveyor and be comfortable with heading up this £15m project.
Leisure or Hotel, new build experience.
You will have an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to work with you, so some managing of trainee level staff is needed.
A UK Quantity Surveying qualification is essential for this role.
