Senior Quality Manager

Senior Quality Manager Poole £50 - 55k Engineering and Manufacturing We're recruiting on behalf of a local engineering and manufacturing business, who are looking for an experienced Senior Quality Manager to lead and develop their quality function. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business where you'll have the autonomy to drive quality improvements, lead compliance activities and work closely with senior leadership to shape future strategy. The Role as Senior Quality Manager You'll be responsible for: Leading the Quality Management System and ensuring ISO9001 compliance.
Driving continuous improvement across production, engineering and supply chain.
Managing internal and external audits.
Leading NCR, CAPA and root cause investigations.
Improving supplier quality and performance.
Developing quality processes, KPIs and reporting.
Supporting Health & Safety and Environmental compliance.

Working with senior management to improve operational performance and customer satisfaction. About You as Senior Quality Manager We're looking for someone who has: Previous experience in a Senior Quality Manager or Quality Manager role within engineering or manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of ISO9001 Quality Management Systems.
Experience managing audits, supplier quality, NCRs and CAPA.
A solid understanding of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement.
Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills. Ideally you will also have: ISO13485 and/or ISO14001 knowledge.
Lead Auditor qualification.
NEBOSH or equivalent Health & Safety qualification.
Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience.
