Full Job Description
We have a great opportunity for a motivated and experienced Senior QA Associate to join our rapidly growing Compounding Unit. You will report to the Compounding QA Manager ensuring continuous compliance Of the Compounding Unit to cGMP and "Specials" manufacturing requirements, local procedural requirements, and Baxter Corporate policies.,
- Support the manufacture of aseptic products by making QA decisions during batch manufacturing and ensuring GMP is adhered to at all times
- Complete documentation and batch reviews as the need arises
- Inspect and release final products as per Company policies
- Investigate complaints and monitor CAPAs related to the manufacturing processes
- Support delivery of product release targets, including ensuring timely batch review activities and batch disposition of any deviations with impact on product release
- Lead and support the execution of timely deviations and complaints investigations
- Support the preparation and development of Annual Product Quality reviews
- Proactively identify and support implementation of continuous improvement opportunities in QA and Operations
- Ensure that all measuring equipment that may have an impact on product quality is calibrated to traceable standards through its life cycle, using the electronic equipment management systems and related tracking sheets
- Ensure timely completion of all GMP commitments
- Comply with EHS/GMP/GDP/Company and Corporate policies and external regulatory requirements;
- Ensure facility and process compliance through attendance of Gemba activities, identifying actions, and facilitate implementation
- Implement and sustain EMS principles
- Support Quarantine area issues, where required, "I am registered pharmacist in the UK with experience with drug products and final product release. I am very dedicated to my work and accurate in details to ensure correct assessment is provided to our customers to ensure patients' safety."

- At least 2 years experience in a quality role within a GMP environment
