The role involves leading teams to ensure an exceptional occupier experience while managing day-to-day property services. Responsibilities include budgeting, health and safety compliance, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, experience in a commercial environment, and excellent relationship-building skills. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5:30 pm.
