This role would be suitable for a strong property manager looking to make the step up in to a senior role Where will you be located? Working site based at the East Wick & Sweetwater Development, London (E20 3AF) Working Hours Monday to Friday 9 AM until 5:30 PM Key Responsibilities Manage a development currently with 2 completed phases, increasing to 7 upon total completion, ensuring compliance with lease terms and industry regulations (RICS, ARMA, IRPM) Lead and mentor onsite staff, conducting regular appraisals and one-to-ones.
