What you'll be doingNo two days are the same, but the tasks below offer a glimpse of what to expect. If you don't meet every point but believe you have the skills to succeed, we encourage you to apply.Directly line manage any assigned staff which may include Property Managers, Property Coordinators and any on-site staffResponding to incoming client and resident enquiries quickly, and ensuring regular feedback of outstanding issues is providedManage all aspects of health, safety and complianceConduct regular site inspectionsManage contractors to deliver a high quality of service that is value for money at our developmentsSet accurate budgets for the developments in your portfolioAttending resident meetings on site, sometimes outside of office hours at a time to suit our clientsTaking ownership of client relationship management on each of the sites within their portfolioDeliver excellent customer service through professionalism and strong technical knowledgeBe a contact point for property
managers in the team to help with complex property issuesBe actively involved in department projects and contribute to business improvementsDeliver training session to the teamContribute to the strategic delivery targets for the businessRespond to all enquiries in line with our Centrick Customer Service CharterTo support with the day to day running of the department in line with Director guidanceAttend and actively participate in team meetings, providing suggestions for improvements
What you need to succeedAble to proactively manage the sites to success, spot issues and solve themAble to delegate effectively and coach team members to achieve their goalsProficient IT user, able to use MS packages as well as a range of internal systemsExperience of working in a similar role is essentialATPI/MTPI qualification is essentialExperience in block management across complex sites
