Senior Project Support Officer (PSO)

We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Senior Programme Support Officer to play a central role in the delivery of the BSW EPR Programme for a fixed term / secondment of 18 months. Working across the organisations locations as required, the post holder will provide senior programme and project support across the partnership, coordinating activity, supporting governance and reporting, managing information, and acting as a key point of contact between organisations. This is a highly visible role requiring strong judgement, discretion and the ability to work confidently with senior stakeholders across multiple NHS organisations., The Senior PSO role provides central support across the BSW EPR Programme, providing high-level project and programme coordination across the GWH, RUH and SFT.

Acting as the central team's point of coordination, the post holder will support consistent and effective programme delivery across the Group in accordance with agreed quality, time and financial parameters.

Supporting the development and maintenance of the programme work plan, risk and issues frameworks, and governance documentation, the post holder will exercise independent judgement, in the management and escalation of programme risks and issues. The post holder will be responsible for the receipt, handling, and appropriate routing of highly sensitive, privileged, and commercially confidential programme information across all three organisations.

Full time (37.5 hours per week) - 18 month fixed term / secondment until 31st December 2027
