Full Job Description

Our team is responsible for the successful development, deployment, and delivery of our cutting-edge, world-class control systems., As a Senior Project Planner , you will be responsible for planning and controlling large subsea projects, ensuring schedule quality, visibility, and on-time project delivery. You will work closely with Project Managers, Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to support successful project execution.
As a Senior Project Planner, you will:
Develop, manage, and maintain complex project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring schedule accuracy, logic, and completeness.
Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Project Management teams to ensure alignment between project execution and schedule performance.
Perform critical path analysis and identify schedule risks, opportunities, mitigation actions, and recovery plans.
Create and manage lookahead schedules and provide forecasting to support proactive project execution and decision-making.
Monitor project progress, analyze schedule performance, and provide regular reports and recommendations to project leadership.
Communicate project schedule updates, milestones, challenges, and opportunities to internal stakeholders and customers.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the implementation of integrated planning and scheduling processes.
Ensure compliance with planning standards, governance requirements, and project control best practices.

Are you passionate about meticulous planning and attention to detail?, Have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience.
Have experience in project planning, scheduling, or project controls within Oil & Gas, Subsea, EPC, Manufacturing, or Engineered Equipment environments.
Demonstrate strong expertise in Primavera P6 and complex project scheduling methodologies.
Have the ability to understand project execution status and accurately reflect progress within project schedules.
Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to identify schedule risks, opportunities, and corrective actions.
Have experience supporting large and complex projects with planning, forecasting, and reporting activities.
Demonstrate excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Have knowledge of Oracle MRP systems as an advantage and possess the legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
