achieve project milestones and deliverablesMaintain and manage RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions), ensuring timely mitigation and escalation to Programme ManagerProvide clear, consistent, and accurate project reporting into Programme governance forums (e.g. CPR)Manage project-level change control in line with programme governance and ensure alignment to evolving requirementsIdentify and communicate resource needs, constraints, and impacts, escalating conflicts to the Programme ManagerLead, mentor project managers and associate project managers. Technical/Engineering/Science discipline, (Essential).Have significant experience of managing complex technical programmes or projects spanning multiple phases/years to time, spec, and cost and have experience in managing projects with software content (Essential).Must have demonstrated experience of influencing and managing across global teams (Essential).Must have excellent influencing and negotiation skills at multiple organisational levels (Essential).Must be able to analyse complex programme requirements and generate a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) as part of high-level programme definition (Essential).Experience of project planning tools (such as Microsoft Project), processes and methodologies (Essential).Experience of RAID logs (Risk, Actions, Issues and Decisions) (Essential).Able to set the standard and hold people accountable to deliver (Essential).Displays clear leadership and willing to take ownership and control of a situation and bring people with them even though they may
