Senior Project Manager

We are seeking experienced Senior Project Managers to join our growing Midlands practice, based in Birmingham (or Nottingham). You will lead the successful delivery of complex, high-value schemes across sectors including commercial offices, industrial/logistics, aviation infrastructure, and public sector programmes. This role combines project leadership, client relationship management and commercial accountability, with the opportunity to play a visible role in shaping regional delivery.Your role

• Lead the delivery of projects through the full lifecycle, applying best practice PM methodology.
• Act as the primary client interface and trusted advisor.
• Take responsibility for project commercial performance, governance and resourcing.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams and drive collaborative behaviours across stakeholders.
• Provide leadership, mentoring and technical guidance to junior team members.
• Manage procurement strategies, tender processes and contract administration.
• Ensure compliance with AtkinsRéalis systems, standards and policies.
• Support business development and contribute to winning new work.
  
  Degree qualified with significant relevant experience.
• Chartered professional (MRICS, MCIOB, CHPP or equivalent).
• Strong track record of delivering projects across public and/or private sectors.
• Experience of leading multi-disciplinary teams and complex stakeholder environments.
• Commercially astute with experience managing project financials.
• Experience with JCT and NEC contracts and procurement strategies.
