Senior Project Manager

Reporting to the Projects Director, this is an exciting opportunity to join our adi Projects division as a Senior Project Manager, leading the successful delivery of complex engineering and industrial projects across the UK.
As Senior Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for delivering projects from award through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and in line with client expectations.
Working within a contractor environment, you will coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, site activities and design engineers while building strong client relationships and supporting wider business growth.
Specifically, your key responsibilities will include:
Deliver projects in line with contracted scope, programme and quality standardsManage project resources, subcontractors and site teamsDevelop and maintain project schedules, timing plans and reportsCoordinate design engineers, contractors and installation activitiesManage project risks, scope changes and client communicationsOversee preparation of RAMS and final project documentationBuild and maintain strong customer relationships and identify new opportunitiesEnsure compliance with Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental proceduresOwn and manage project P&L performance

We would like to hear from you if you have:
Proven experience delivering industrial engineering or manufacturing projects within a contractor environmentExperience working across sectors such as manufacturing, process, food & beverage or similar industrial environmentsStrong leadership and people management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyCommercially aware with experience managing project budgets and performanceExcellent communication, organisational and problem-solving abilitiesSelf-motivated, proactive and able to work independentlyFlexible and willing to travel nationally
