Youll help keep projects organised, well documented and moving forward by coordinating meetings, maintaining project records, tracking actions and supporting clear communication between colleagues, suppliers and business stakeholders.This is a varied and collaborative role where strong organisation, attention to detail and proactive communication will make a real difference.Who you are:You are an organised, proactive and detail-focused administrator who enjoys helping projects run smoothly.
Confident using Microsoft Office, youre comfortable maintaining accurate records, coordinating meetings, tracking actions and deadlines, and supporting clear communication across teams.Youll be a strong communicator who can build positive working relationships with colleagues, project teams, suppliers and stakeholders.
