Full Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Administrator to join our team. You will be providing administrative support across a range of projects within the IT Team and be pivotal in assisting with our merger and integration activities with our parent company., As our Senior Project Administrator, you'll play an important role in supporting the successful delivery of technology projects across our IT team. You'll help keep projects organised, well documented and moving forward by coordinating meetings, maintaining project records, tracking actions and supporting clear communication between colleagues, suppliers and business stakeholders.
This is a varied and collaborative role where strong organisation, attention to detail and proactive communication will make a real difference. Who you are: You are an organised, proactive and detail-focused administrator who enjoys helping projects run smoothly. Confident using Microsoft Office, you're comfortable maintaining accurate records, coordinating meetings, tracking actions and deadlines, and supporting clear communication across teams. You'll be a strong communicator who can build positive working relationships with colleagues, project teams, suppliers and stakeholders. You ask the right questions, follow things through, and know when to highlight risks, issues or delays so they can be addressed early. Most importantly, you'll bring a positive, flexible and collaborative approach, taking pride in producing high-quality work and supporting a team.

- Salary - £27,092 - £27,688 per annum, pro rata
- Working hours - 37 hours, Monday to Friday, Hybrid 50/50 + Generous holiday entitlement - 27 days annual leave, statutory bank holidays plus an additional 4 SYHA days, pro rata. + 5% pension contribution + Excellent flexible working options including Flexi Time, Condensed Hours, Part Time, and Job Share. + Excellent benefits including:
