Full Job Description

We have an exciting fixed term - 15 months opportunity for a motivated and dedicated project administrator to support our EPR implementation. The successful candidate will have significant experience in administration., The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the collective EPR implementation leadership team to support the administration of the system implementation. They will be responsible for ensuring an effective and efficient service to all EPR implementation project members.

We are looking for someone who has proven administration or project expertise as the role involves a high degree of confidentiality, regular reporting and the ability to deal with any challenging situations that may arise. On a day to day basis the successful candidate will be reactive, responsive and flexible to the needs of the EPR implementation team.

Job duties include:

To provide administrative and organisational support for the EPR programme and/or project(s) and related work streams.

To act as a first point of contact for all internal and external enquiries about the programme and the projects/work streams within it.

To maintain and update the information libraries and databases across the programme/project(s), providing summary reports as required

To organise governance meetings

The successful candidate will also provide a comprehensive, efficient and effective support to members of the EPR implementation team and have strong organisational, prioritisation and planning skills.

This is a demanding and busy role, and the successful candidate is required to be able to demonstrate the Trust values and standards of behaviour expected by the organisation and must meet the responsibilities of the job description and person specification.

Interviews will take place face-to-face and there is a requirement for a minimum of 2 days per week working on site, as per Trust policy.
