Experteer Overview In this role you lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex cross-functional programs, setting objectives, scope, timelines, and success metrics. You drive governance, coordinate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders, and maintain transparent progress updates. You will identify risks and dependencies, apply structured problem-solving, and leverage AI-enabled systems to improve outcomes. - Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex cross-functional programs with clear objectives and milestones Establish and run program governance, including status reviews, risk/issue tracking, dependency management, and decision forums Partner with engineering, product, and business to translate goals into integrated roadmaps and secure commitments Own end-to-end program communications with data-driven updates and dashboards for stakeholders and leadership Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks and cross-team dependencies to keep delivery on track Leverage data, tooling, and AI-driven systems to optimize execution and integrate AI/ML-enabled solutions Apply change management and process improvements to enhance program performance Ensure visibility into progress, risks, and changes across services or domains Tasks Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience in program or project management Several years of experience leading multi-team or cross-functional programs with accountability for scope, schedule, and quality Experience working closely with engineering and product teams, with fluency in technical concepts and data-driven decision making Demonstrated ability to govern programs with dependency management, risk/issue tracking, stakeholder alignment, and change control Familiarity with AI-driven systems and applying AI/ML concepts to real-world products or internal programs Key requirements flexible working supportive culture benefits accommodation requests inclusive recruiting experience
