Senior Production Manager (Process Validation Area)

Introduction (NPI) projects. This role will involve planning & execution of new manufacturing process validation; operator training & coordination of validation machine builds from program launch through to factory introduction.

• Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Coordinating with Design & Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain & NPI leadership to plan & manage manufacturing validation & build activity for each deliverable within ATK NPI programs Overseeing cross functional resource planning & communicating with stakeholders & participating functional areas: addressing & resolving problems to achieve project goals. Motivating & developing team members MGPP & Strategy development for advanced manufacturing inclusion within the Peterlee facility Communicating with customers & managing expectations: ensuring effective use of department controls & reporting mechanismsDegree RequirementDegree or equivalent experience
