• Strong understanding and proven experience of product management, including roadmap ownership, prioritisation, and delivering value-driven/ measurable outcomes
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to align senior and cross-functional teams
• Solid knowledge of digital product environments, and data-driven decision-making
• Ability to translate business needs into clear product vision and work effectively with technical teams to balance constraints and trade-offs
• Track record of delivering technology enabled solutions, driving adoption, and optimising products post launch
• Strong soft skills, including adaptability, resilience, collaboration, problem-solving, and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
