Full Job Description
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to take strategic ownership of a major value stream within our product portfolio. This is a high-impact role requiring vision-setting, clarity in complexity, and delivery of intelligent solutions.,
- Set product vision and strategy.
- Champion customer and market insight.
- Own the roadmap and drive delivery.
- Deliver commercial and financial impact.
- Use data to guide decisions.
- Shape go-to-market plans.
- Lead cross-functional execution.
- Mentor Product Managers and raise the bar on product craft.
- Be the product and AI voice-aligning engineering, commercial and senior leaders behind the vision.
Essential: - Bring senior Product Management experience in complex environments.
- Bring insurance, SaaS, data or AI product expertise.
- Think strategically and communicate with clarity.
- Use strong analytics and stakeholder management to drive outcomes.
- Mentor Product Managers and build a high-performing product culture. Desirable:
- Experience with AI-enabled product development.
- Background in enterprise platforms with integration complexity.
- Understanding of regulatory and governance considerations.
