Senior Product Manager

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager with a strong background in biology, chemistry, or biochemistry to lead the vision and growth of our lab automation portfolio, including the Andrew+ pipetting robot and OneLab software ecosystem. You'll sit at the intersection of science, innovation, and commercial strategy, translating real-world lab challenges into solutions that accelerate research in areas such as LC-MS, genomics, proteomics, and sample preparation. This is not just a product role - it's a chance to influence how modern labs operate, improve reproducibility, and help scientists achieve better outcomes faster. What you'll do

• Own the product vision & strategy for lab automation solutions
• Drive the product roadmap, lifecycle, and commercial success across European and global markets
• Lead new product development from concept through launch
• Act as the voice of the customer, deeply understanding lab workflows and user needs
• Shape product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy
• Partner across R&D, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to deliver impactful solutions
• Develop sales enablement tools, insights, and competitive differentiation
• Track performance metrics including adoption, growth, and market impact
  
  We're especially interested in candidates with a scientific background and hands-on lab experience who are ready to step into or grow within product leadership.
You'll bring:
• A degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related life science (strongly preferred over engineering-only backgrounds)
• Experience in product management, product marketing, or application roles within life sciences, lab automation, or analytical instrumentation
• Solid understanding of laboratory workflows (e.g., liquid handling, sample prep, LC/LC-MS)
• Experience contributing to or leading product launches and go-to-market activities
• Strong collaboration skills in international, cross-functional environments
• Excellent communication skills - able to engage both scientists and business leaders
• Requires domestic and international travel of up to 30%
