Senior Product Analyst (12 Month FTC)

About This RoleAs a Product Analyst on a Fixed-Term contract in our Customer Product Analytics team, you'll play a key role in enhancing the customer journey for users across our website and app. Your mission? Deliver data-driven insights and optimize our product experience!
Your analytical expertise will help us understand product performance, identify improvement areas, and drive impactful decisions. Working closely with product managers, UX teams, and data scientists, you'll translate complex data into actionable insights that shape our global user experience.

Your Key Responsibilities Utilize data-driven insights to understand user navigation on our platform, identify pain points, and create innovative solutions.
Provide performance insights and monitor KPIs, effectively communicating your findings to the Product Manager.
Build a clear, quantitative understanding of our users, their behavior, and journeys to guide product design.
Be the first point of contact for behavioral analysis using tools like Google Analytics, Snowplow, and BigQuery.
Collaborate with product managers, UX teams, and the business to assess opportunities and prioritize tasks with the largest customer impact.
Support the alignment and guidelines of our data infrastructure as part of the Customer data & analytics team.
Proactively find growth opportunities and experiment with ideas to optimize product experiences and drive user engagement & retention.
Interpret technical issues and explain topics clearly to stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.
Guide and mentor others, sharing your knowledge and skills while further developing your own through learning opportunities.

What Will You Bring to the Table? Proven experience as a Product Analyst, Web Analyst, E-Commerce Analyst, or similar.
Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Google BigQuery and Tableau.
Strong understanding of user behavior data collection & processing across various analytics tools.
Hands-on experience in A/B testing & experimentation to inform product decisions.
Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Effective collaboration skills with product, engineering, and UX teams.
Good communication skills and a passion for knowledge sharing in a team environment.
Some exposure to Airflow, GitHub, and Jira in a collaborative environment (preferred but not essential).
Knowledge of programming languages like R or Python is a plus but not essential.
