Full Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivatedPlumber to join our Estates Team on a fixed-term or secondment basis. This is a chance to become part of a dedicated team that plays a crucial role in maintaining safe, efficient, and compliant healthcare environments across Oxford Health. As a vital member of a multi-skilled, multi-disciplinary Estates Team, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality plumbing service across a diverse property portfolio. You will undertake both planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and Trust standards. Work pattern: Full time with one week in six on call,

  • Undertake a range of reactive plumbing repairs across the Trust
  • This role plays a key role in maintaining and improving our facilities across the Trust.
  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to ensure the reliability and safety of systems
  • Complete small works projects to a high standard
  • Ensure all tasks are delivered in line with statutory regulations, policies, and best practice
  • Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary estates team
