Full Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Plumber to join our Estates Team on a fixed term or secondment basis. As a vital member of a multi-skilled, multi-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality plumbing service, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with relevant legislation and standards.,
- Undertake a range of reactive plumbing repairs across the Trust
- This role plays a key role in maintaining and improving our facilities across the Trust.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to ensure the reliability and safety of systems
- Complete small works projects to a high standard
- Ensure all tasks are delivered in line with statutory regulations, policies, and best practice
- Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary estates team Additional Requirements Participate in a 24/7 on-call rota to support operational needs
