Full Job Description
Leading workforce planning activities including forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling and real-time performance management. Producing accurate short and long-term forecasts using statistical modelling and workforce planning methodologies. Developing and maintaining ERLANG-based capacity plans to support operational performance and service delivery. Analysing data from multiple sources to identify trends, risks, opportunities and performance improvement initiatives. Creating reports, dashboards and KPI insights that support effective decision-making across the business. Monitoring forecast accuracy, investigating variances and recommending corrective actions to improve planning outcomes. Collaborating with Operations, Finance, PMO and Change teams to support budgeting, planning and transformation projects. Coaching and developing Workforce Planning colleagues, ensuring high standards of performance and continuous improvement. Challenging existing processes and driving innovation to
enhance planning methodologies and operational efficiency., Proven experience across the full workforce planning cycle, including forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling and real-time management. Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel skills and experience using statistical forecasting techniques and ERLANG models. Experience using workforce management platforms such as CXOne, Calabrio, Verint or similar solutions. Excellent problem-solving abilities and confidence working with large, complex datasets to generate meaningful insights. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and present findings to a variety of audiences. Demonstrated leadership capability, including coaching, mentoring and supporting team performance. A collaborative approach with the ability to build strong relationships across multiple departments and functions.
