Haggerty Jaques is delighted to be assisting this full-service commercial law firm with the recruitment of a senior Planning lawyer into its Leeds or Manchester office. Partnership is on offer for the right candidate.
The Role
The team offers a broad service to its clients, covering contentious and non-contentious Planning law matters. Currently, this includes advising on s.106 agreements, highways and public rights of way, planning strategy, Community Infrastructure Levy and BNG, as well as planning enforcement, CPO, and Land Tribunal work. There is a fantastic client base of housebuilders, local authorities, retail operators, private and charitable estates, and health trusts.
The Team
The Planning team is well structured, with lawyers from junior to senior level, town planners, and planning technicians. You will be joining a firm that is renowned for being friendly and inclusive and that has made some significant hires across its business over the last few years.
The Ideal Candidate
You will have been advising on Planning law for a number of years. You will be ready to move into a senior role for the first time or to transition across to a new firm from an existing senior position.
