Full Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for enthusiastic and motivated Physiotherapists to join our Integrated Therapy Division. Based in beautiful Suffolk, these rotational posts offer excellent opportunities to develop specialist clinical skills within a supportive multidisciplinary team.,
- Providing a high standard physiotherapy service in the rotation you are in. (Rotations include Medical, Surgery and CCU, Spinal team, Respiratory Outpatients, Stroke, Neuro, ESD in Stoke and Older people's services)
- Providing an evidence based physiotherapy service that adheres to CSP, HCPC and CQC clinical and quality standards.
- To ensure as far as is reasonably practical the safety of the patients in your care.
- To supervise and assist in the development of junior physiotherapists, non-qualified staff and students on placement in each rotation.
- To undertake audit of both clinical practice and processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- To demonstrate commitment to continuous professional development.
Current rotations include: Surgery, Critical Care Unit, Medical Services, including Oncology, Older People's Services, Acute Stroke, Neurology, Early Supported Discharge (ESD) for stroke patients in the community, Spinal Rehabilitation, and Respiratory Outpatients.Please note that rotational areas may change in response to service requirements.You will be a team player with excellent communication skills, a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care, and a desire to continue developing your clinical expertise.
