Full Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Senior Pharmacy Support Worker (Aseptic Services) to support the safe and effective delivery of aseptic pharmacy services. The role plays an important part in ensuring medicines are prepared and supplied accurately to support patient treatment, putting patients first at all times.
Working within the aseptic unit, the post holder will support routine aseptic activities including preparation, labelling, stock management, cleaning, and documentation, in line with local procedures, GMP, and health and safety requirements. You will also assist with the day-to-day running of the service and support colleagues as required.
This role contributes directly to patient safety, service efficiency, and continuous improvement. The post holder will work under the supervision of a Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacist and as part of a collaborative pharmacy team to deliver a high-quality, patient-focused service.
