Full Job Description
Peer Support is recognised as a key component of modern mental health and wellbeing provision. Peer support roles are specifically for people who have lived experience of mental health problems. We have established peer support services at all levels, including community, primary, secondary and crisis care., You will work closely with CMHT colleagues to identify and develop opportunities for peer support, including reviewing and planning work, caseloads and service plans.
You will hold a caseload working directly with service users in one to one and group settings.
As Senior peer worker you will offering support coordination and supervision to a small team of peer workers.
