Senior Oracle Cloud PPM Functional Consultant (Inside IR35 Contract)

The Opportunity You will lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud PPM implementations, working closely with senior stakeholders to shape, configure, and deliver scalable solutions across sectors including finance, public sector, and healthcare. This is a hands-on functional leadership role where your expertise will directly influence programme success. What You'll Be Responsible For

• Leading full lifecycle Oracle Cloud PPM implementations (design through go-live and hypercare)
• Running client workshops and translating business requirements into scalable solutions
• Configuring and deploying:
+ Portfolio Project Management + Project Financial Management + Grants Management + Project Execution Management
• Managing change requests through development and testing lifecycle in line with governance standards
• Supporting clients through Oracle quarterly release cycles
• Liaising directly with Oracle on Service Requests (SRs)
• Providing structured status reporting, risk management, and issue resolution
• Advising clients on solution options, cross-functional impacts, and best practice
• Ensuring delivery remains on time, within scope, and aligned to business expectations

• Reporting expertise including:
+ OTBI + Financial Reporting Studio + SmartView
• Previous experience with E-Business Suite Project Accounting (Billing & Costing)
• Experience with Oracle OUM and/or AIM methodology
• Proven workshop facilitation and stakeholder management capability
• Comfortable working across concurrent projects in fast-paced delivery environments
