Full Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Digestive Diseases - Endoscopy Services for an enthusiastic and efficient individual to join the team as a Senior Operational Service Manager.
This post offers an excellent opportunity for an individual wishing to gain exposure to a wide range of operational issues as well as staff management., The post holder will support the Service working in a rapidly changing environment and achieving tight deadlines, you will possess excellent interpersonal skills, be self-motivated and able to demonstrate experience of change and people management.
Alongside the Senior Management Team you will support on the day to day running of the Service and be responsible for the delivery of Capital Planning and Governance oversight.
You will assist and support the Clinical Lead and Service Manager in developing and implementing short and long term service strategies, workforce redesign and contract monitoring.
The ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload in a fast paced and demanding working environment is essential.
