Senior Officer - Finance - Financial Planning & Analysis

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent DEPARTMENT: Finance DIVISION: Group WORKPLACE STRUCTURE: Hybrid ROLE OVERVIEW PURPOSE OF JOB The role is aligned and sits within the GroupFinance - Financial Planning & Analysis team based in Jersey. Therole holder will provide clear, accurate,and timely technical analysis to senior staff members in a fast-paced,high-pressure environment. This is an excellent position for an individualwho wants to develop the skills, qualities and experiences toprogress in a position within internal finance and develop accounting dutiesand responsibilities. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Delivery of high quality, complex and insightful analysis and forecasting. Building and design of performance management reports across various systems and programming languages. Analysis and evaluation of data to ensure accuracy of Management Information. Assistance with the delivery of projects. Performance of various reconciliations with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery. Delivery
of ad-hoc reporting requests whilst ensuring outputs can help management make informed decisions. Providing internal support to a global Finance Department. Adhere to CPD requirements in accordance with qualification level and in-house procedures. Adhere to the JTC core values and expected behaviours. Any other duties as deemed necessary by Management. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS Proven track record of delivering technical analysis whilst working under pressure. Strong analytical background and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in fast paced environment with multiple priorities. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Adaptable and resilient in a dynamic business environment. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
