Senior Occupational Therapist

Are you a passionate Occupational Therapist looking for a new and exciting challenge where you can develop your skills within an inpatient mental health care setting?, As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will complete comprehensive assessments of functional ability, deliver individualised treatment plans and support recovery and transition from hospital to home. You will work collaboratively with the wider MDT both on the ward and in the community. In addition, you will be responsible for the support and development of the occupational therapy and activity team within the hub.

Our Occupational Therapy and activity service is well established across the hospital site and offers exciting opportunities in collaborative working and service development.

We are seeking an innovative practitioner, able to drive service development, manage a complex caseload, and support the leadership within the occupational therapy and activity team on the acute inpatient wards., We will consider a variety of flexible working arrangements to enable staff to balance their work and home lives and support staff by offering a fantastic range of benefitsincluding :
