Senior Nutrition Nurse Specialist

They will lead nurse led clinics, coordinate multidisciplinary care, and act as a key point of contact for patients, carers, and healthcare professionals, ensuring safe, effective, and compassionate care. The role includes offering expert clinical advice, supporting discharge planning, and promoting patient education and self management. The postholder will also demonstrate strong clinical leadership, contributing to service development, audit, quality improvement, education, and research, while supporting staff development and ensuring practice aligns with national standards and Trust policies.
