  • Qualification: Hold an NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent qualification). Alternatively, you may be working towards this currently, or be willing to work towards this
  • Track record: Experience of successfully working with, or supporting adults or children. This could be in environments including health, social care or teaching
  • Passion and dedication: A desire to help others and make a positive and lasting difference
  • Self-motivation: Committed to learn and continually develop yourself to deliver the best possible care
