Senior Mental Health Practitioner

This post sits within the Suffolk Perinatal Community Mental Health Team, with a particular focus on the West Suffolk area.The Perinatal Community Mental Health Team provides prevention, detection and treatment of mental health difficulties during pregnancy and up to two years post partum.

You will work as part of a large, supportive and dynamic multidisciplinary team, including:o Consultant Psychiatristso Consultant Clinical Psychologisto Therapies teamo Registered Nurseso Social Workerso Assistant Practitionerso Peer Support Workerso Nursery Nurseso Occupational Therapistso Community Team Managerso A Matron and an Operational Manager specialising in perinatal mental health
