Senior Matron - Renal Services

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced and inspirational nursing leader to join a nationally recognised Renal service and make a significant impact on patient care, workforce development and service improvement. As Senior Matron, you will provide visible and compassionate leadership across renal inpatient, outpatient and dialysis services, working in partnership with consultant colleagues, operational leaders and multidisciplinary teams to deliver outstanding clinical quality, patient experience and safety standards. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of renal services by leading quality improvement initiatives, driving innovation, supporting workforce redesign, developing future nursing leaders and ensuring the highest standards of professional practice are embedded throughout the service. Through your leadership, you will create a positive and inclusive culture where staff feel valued, empowered and supported to achieve excellence, while contributing to the
strategic ambitions and continued growth of the Wessex Kidney Centre.
