This is a pivotal time to join the Trust, with a newly launched organisational strategy and an upcoming People Strategy placing strong emphasis on culture, inclusion and continuous improvement.   • Full-time hours (37.5 per week) flexible and part-time arrangements will be considered
  • Hybrid working with 2-3 days office based
  • Some travel and occasional out-of-hours working may be required

    We are looking for a creative and motivated Senior Marketing and Communications Officer to lead activity focused on recruitment and staff engagement. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in bringing our organisational and people strategies to life, influencing culture, strengthening engagement and making a tangible difference across the Trust.
