Senior Marketing Artist

We're looking for an experienced artist with exceptional visual craft, a strong understanding of composition, lighting, colour and cinematic storytelling, and the confidence to own complex creative briefs from concept through to final delivery.,

• Lead the creation of high impact marketing artwork, collaborating across Marketing and Development to bring game content to life for players, media, and partners.
• Own complex creative briefs from concept through to final delivery, producing striking visuals for digital, print, social, web, events, and campaign marketing.
• Capture and craft cinematic, narrative-driven imagery using our game engine, pushing visual quality while maintaining authenticity to the player experience.
• Help raise the creative bar by mentoring other artists, sharing knowledge and championing best practices across the team.
• Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Producers, and stakeholders to solve creative challenges and deliver world class campaigns.
  
  You should be highly proficient in Photoshop and the Adobe Creative Suite, with solid working knowledge of 3D packages such as Maya or 3ds Max. Experience mentoring other artists, maintaining high creative standards, and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams is highly valued., An exceptional eye for composition, lighting, colour, and detail, with a consistently high standard of artistic execution.
• A proactive, self-motivated mindset with the confidence to take ownership of briefs and drive visual excellence.
• Strong working knowledge of 3D packages such as Maya or 3ds Max, with the ability to translate existing 3D skills into compelling real time imagery.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas, collaborate across disciplines, and respond constructively to feedback.
