Full Job Description
Lead the development and execution of comprehensive activation strategies for [AIG] initiatives across all Market-Facing Solutions (MFS) and relevant service suites, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and growth priorities. Define clear activation objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and success metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of activation programmes. Team Leadership & Development: Directly manage, mentor, and develop a team of four Activation Leads, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Provide strategic guidance, set clear individual and team objectives, conduct performance reviews, and support career development for team members. Activation Planning & Execution: Collaborate closely with MF leadership and Offering teams to develop robust activation plans and readiness preparations, prioritising initiatives based on strategic importance and market opportunity. Oversee the end-to-end execution of activation plans, ensuring timely delivery, effective resource allocation, and adherence to quality standards. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Prioritisation: Work in close partnership with the [AIG] team and the Integration Hub to facilitate and drive critical prioritisation exercises, ensuring resources are focused on the most impactful activation opportunities. Act as a key liaison between various internal stakeholders, including Product Development, Marketing, Sales, and Delivery teams, to ensure a unified approach to activation. Early Access & Change Management: Partner with our Change Management team to design, develop, and implement early access programmes (EAPs) and pilot initiatives for new offerings, gathering feedback and iterating for optimal market readiness. Drive the adoption of new solutions by developing compelling communication strategies, training programmes, and enablement tools for internal teams and, where appropriate, external clients., Collaboration is central to everything we do at Deloitte. - Core Program & Project Management
- Strong skills in coordinating workstreams, managing timelines, and connecting day-to-day deliverables.
- Ability to develop and operationalize an activation plan, schedules, and stakeholder communication loops
- Skilled at risk identification, mitigation planning, and issue escalation.
- Change Management & Enablement
- Ability to translate strategic program goals into actionable enablement and activation plans.
- Experience creating materials, processes, and toolkits that drive adoption and behaviour change.
- Strength in coordinating with training, communications, and operational teams.
- Cross-Team Collaboration
- Able to run working sessions, manage communication loops, and keep stakeholders aligned on progress and next steps.
- Strong meeting facilitation and follow-through.
- Operational Rigor
- Ability to track milestones, risks, and readiness metrics and escalate issues to the Lead.
- Detail-oriented project management discipline.
- Tools Proficiency
- High proficiency with M365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
- Comfortable with using approved AI tools to develop starter materials
- Comfortable with project management tools; can maintain status logs, trackers, and program SharePoint sites. Experience
- Proven experience in activation, enablement, change management, or project management roles.
- Demonstrated experience leading activation activities for large-scale programs, including stakeholder engagement and content development.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders in a matrixed or global environment.
- Experience tracking metrics and using data to inform and improve activation strategies.
- Background in technology-enabled transformation projects, with a focus on enablement and adoption.
