Experteer Overview In this Senior Manager role, you will lead end-to-end audit engagements for corporate treasuries, providing specialist treasury accounting support and shaping the audit methodology. You will build strong client relationships, mentor teams, and identify opportunities to expand services. The role sits at the intersection of assurance, treasury knowledge, and regulatory reporting, with impact across clients, people, and the Deloitte network. You will work in a flexible, inclusive culture focused on delivering trusted, high-quality outcomes. Pay / Benefits

  • Own the delivery of high-quality audit engagements from planning to reporting, including specialist support on derivative valuations, hedge accounting, IFRS 9/FRS 102, and impairment. Support non-audit engagements for treasury accounting, governance, operations and internal controls where applicable. Address complex accounting and auditing queries and shape future industry practice. Establish and maintain exceptional relationships with corporate clients and deliver outstanding service. Drive continuous improvement and transformation to develop the treasury audit methodology. Contribute to the Treasury team's strategy and identify new client opportunities. Lead projects and engagements, develop talent, and model Deloitte's values and behaviors. Collaborate across service lines and geographies to provide market- and client-focused solutions. Respond to client needs with strategic insights and contribute to business development efforts. Manage diverse teams within an inclusive culture and support the development of team capabilities. Tasks ACA or equivalent accounting qualification; ISA and/or PCAOB audit experience Thorough knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS; IFRS 9 and FRS 102 Section 11/12; IAS 39 Valuation of financial instruments and/or hedge accounting experience Strong understanding of treasury function and financial reporting processes and internal controls Commitment to audit quality and professional skepticism Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships Strong leadership and people development skills Ability to implement solutions for regulatory changes and drive change initiatives Excellent report writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills Effective time management, organization, and project management abilities Experience in business development, tenders, and large audit/assurance proposals Key requirements flexible hours and hybrid working return-to-work coaching wellbeing focus inclusive culture flexible working arrangements across roles
